As a leading window care and home services company for over 20 years, we’ve perfected our training and support methods. We take the challenge of getting a business up and running and build it into a simple 6-week process. As a franchisee, you have access to comprehensive training that includes daily operations, equipment instructions, meeting the CEO, employee training, and more.

Once you officially launch your Shine business, our support doesn’t stop there. From day one, you’re part of the Shine family. We take pride in providing a culture designed to help our people and customers thrive. When you have a question or need direction, our corporate team is always there to help you reach your goals.

Shine's 6-Week Training Program

During this phase of the process, you will get a 6 week checklist to ensure the proper pace and order to get your franchise started.  Our dedicated team will call you 3 days a week to help you throughout the checklist.  

Week 1

  • Business entity setup, legal docs, etc.

    Week 2

    • Open a business checking account
    • Identify places to lease and vehicles

    Week 3

    • 5 day training at Shine Headquarters in Austin, TX
    • Order equipment, supplies, pre-marketing, recruiting

    Week 4

    • Settle into your new space and start setting up
    • Utilities, painting, branding, installing furniture
    • Interview candidates

    Week 5

    • Pre-train your team
    • Begin doing estimates

    Week 6

    • Shine corporate comes to you for 2 days of on-site training
