We moved our headquarters back to Grandville, MI in the fall of 2023, back to the area where we first started as a company in 1999. We’ve been empowering franchise owners across the U.S. with a proven business model focused on essential home services for over 25 years.

Annual Conference: A Commitment to Excellence 

We commenced the fall season with our annual Shine conference at the Maranatha Conference and Retreat Center in Norton Shores, Michigan, in September. The theme for the week-long retreat was ‘commitment,’ a principle that resonated throughout the presentations and events.  

Franchisees actively participated in discussions on incorporating commitment into their businesses and personal lives, setting the tone for a season of growth and dedication. 

Experience & Best Practices: A Deep Dive into Success 

One of the standout moments of our annual conference was a captivating panel discussion featuring four long-term Shine franchise owners.  

These industry leaders, Aaron Haarsma of Grand Rapids, Brett Jasch of Holland & Ann Arbor, Brennen Melvin of Fort Myers, and Cami Wilson of Austin Four Points, Southlake, and Frisco Plano, shared their experiences, insights, and the key role commitment played in their success.
